Ninh Van Bay JSC,. signed a property management contract with Six Senses in 2005 to run Six Senses Ninh Van Bay Resort &Spa and Six Senses Saigon River project.

Six Senses Corporation, whose headquarter is located in Thai Lan, is now the leading tourism organization in the world. Currently, Six Senses is the owner and manager of more than 20 luxury resorts in the world and this number will increase to 35 and 40 in the next five years. The cooperation with Six Senses helped Ninh Van Bay approach more than 500.000 customers of Six Senses around the globe. Six Senses has been a great partner of Ninh Van Bay in helping us manage our assets system and resorts to meet international hospitality standards.

According to this agreement, Six Senses will provide technical assistance to Ninh Van Bay JSC,. in research, develop luxury resorts in Viet Nam; to manage and control resorts of Ninh Van Bay and the Affiliates of Ninh Van Bay (this agreement has the terms of 30 years). Also, Ninh Van Bay shall give Six Senses the 1st priority partner to manage its premium resorts.
