On 25/09/2010, Six Senses Ninh Van Bay resort is honored for The Guide Award 2009 – 2010 – the award to companies, enterprises, individuals and localities in Vietnam that have obtained achievements and contributions to the development of tourism in Vietnam. The Guide Awards is an annual award of the Guide (an edition of Vietnam Economic Times), supported by Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations and Vietnam Economic Association. The result is based on the vote of foreigners’ travellers and the survey of The Guide Magazine’s reporters and cooperators about the quality of products and service.

In that time, Six Senses Ninh Van Bay also received another special award called the “Green Lotus” with excellent achievements in environmental protection.

Before the Guide Award and Green Lotus, in 2010, Six Senses Ninh Van Bay also honored many awards such as top ten of Vietnam five-star hotels, Green Asia Hotel of the ASEAN Environment Organization and the world’s top 10 romantic hotels by Mr. and Ms. Smith – the Boutique hotel connoisseurs.
