29/7/2010, The Board of Management of Ninh Van Bay JSC.,(Stock code NVT) promulgated the decision No 21/2010/QD-HDQT on the contribution 45% of chartered capital of Dong Anh General tourist services JSC, (Dong Anh JSC). The total investment is VND 67.5 billion equal to 675.000 shares (par value VND 100,000 per share).

Dong Anh General tourist services JSC,. was established on 12/10/2007, specializing in general tourist services. The company is currently preparing for hi-class ecological zone project with the area of 100 ha in Dong Anh, a suburb of Ha Noi.
The proposed project includes villas, spas, Vietnamese- Japanese- European restaurants, bars, swimming pools, trading center, conventional hall with 500 seats, library, souvenir shops, and sports area. The core development direction is retreatment with the combination of bonsai and architectural spacious design
This project promises to be an attractive destination not only for international, domestic travelers, but also local people in Hanoi and surrounding provinces. Currently, the project currently has received opinions from Department of Investment and Plan, Department of Architectual Master Plan regarding to approval project, cularly, the Hanoi People's Committee has a decision to assign Dong Anh JSC to prepare a the detailed planning of eco-tourism zone (scale 1/ 2000). in the proposed investment site.
To be a major share holder of Dong Anh JSC, Ninh Van Bay will coordinate closely with this company to push up the progress of the project then kick-off the construction Dong Anh hi-class ecological zone as the soonest time. In addition to Ana Mandara Ninh Binh resort & spa, this project will remarks the effort of Ninh Van Bay in developing a chain of vacation properties in Northern as well as in Hanoi.
