On April 18th, 2011, the board of management of Ninh Van Bay Travel Real Estate JSC held an extraordinary meeting in order to execute the decision of the shareholders in the Annual General Shareholders Meeting on 2011. In this meeting, the board of management decided to consolidate the duties of its members.

Total revenue for the first 6 months of 2010 was VND 156 billion , increased by 400 times compared with the same period of last year, achieved 18% of the annual plan
