Ninh Van Bay Travel Real Estates announced the QIII, 2010 & 9M2010 financial results as below

QIII, 2010 total consolidated revenue is 30 billion dong, 9M2010 total consolidated revenue is 196 billion dong, increased 4.4 times in comparison with the same time of last year. QIII, 2010 EBITDA is 7.3 billion dong, 9M2010 consolidated EBITDA is 93 billion dong. Profit before tax for QIII,2010 loss 2.5 billion dong, total profit before tax for 9M2010 is 60 billion dong.

The delay in Vacation properties business in Six Senses Sai Gon and vacation ownership business is the main reason. Beside of that, the increase of marketing, PR expenses also contributed to this loss.
